Patrick Panzarino
Who I Am
Originally from the East coast, and spending his childhood years in the Midwest, Patrick has been happy to call the Centennial State home since 1996. After graduating from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Biology and Anatomy he began his sales career in the Telecom industry and continued his sales habit in the medical device industry. A lifelong passion for architecture and Real Estate led Patrick to make the next step in his career and become a REALTOR.
Patrick prides himself on always putting his clients first and helping them achieve their real estate goals whether it’s a first time home buyer finding “the one”, or a seasoned investor adding to their portfolio, and everything in between. Patrick believes the key to an amazing real estate transaction is a team approach and great communication. Selling a home for top dollar or finding a dream home in a competitive market requires agents and clients to have great teamwork and communicate effectively. Patrick uses these same principles when working with lenders, the title companies, and the other real estate agents to ensure his clients have the best experience possible.
Patrick lives in Centennial with his wife, Dani, and two boys, Trey and Bennett. He loves spending his free time playing sports with his boys, trail running, snowboarding, playing golf, and trying to keep up with Denver’s newest restaurants.
