Who I Am
Pat Sr. joins the Savvy Realty Group after a 43 year marketing and sales career in the international energy industry. He has accumulated broad business experience and the skills necessary to ensure attentive client service and satisfaction.
Pat has been managing rental properties for over 5 years; he understands the service necessary to ensure satisfied Owners and content Tenants, as well as the requirements for maintaining property value. As an engineer by training he has a natural curiosity of technology, particularly related to building construction, maintenance and materials. He is comfortable discussing and managing the work of trades people to ensure property maintenance and repairs are performed correctly.
Patrick reached Denver 23 years ago after growing up in New York City, starting his career and Family in Pittsburgh, as well as St Louis, before calling Colorado home. He has three grown Children, 5 Grand Children and enjoys spending recreational time in the beautiful mountains of our state skiing, hiking and fly fishing.

Upon making my decision to sell, I had considered various options for who to work with. In early May, we finalized the sale of a property on Arkansas Ave. The process resulted in exceeding our price point, with the new owners a good fit for their purposes, and accomplished in a very reasonable timeline.
